In accordance with the notice provisions contained
in 38 26 107 C.R.S. 1973 as amended, the DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
STATE OF COLORADO has established August 8, 2005, as the date of final
settlement with Kolbe Striping Incorporated, Project C R200-092, located
at various locations in Region 2 on highways 12A, 24A, 24E, 24G, 25A,
25C, 29A, 38A, 50A, 50B, 67C, 67D, 83A, 105A, 115A, 160A, and 165A,
consisting of removal of existing pavement markings, new pavement
marking, and construction traffic control.
Claims containing a verified statement of the
amounts due and unpaid must be in the form of a written affidavit and
must be received by the CONTROLLER, Department of Transportation at 4201
E. Arkansas Avenue, Denver, Colorado, 80222, on or before 5:00 p.m. of
the final settlement date above.
