Post-Award Hearing
The Prowers County - SECED, Inc., Down Payment
Assistance Program will conduct a public hearing at 1:00 p.m. on May 13,
2005 at the SECED offices. The Prowers County -SECED, Inc., Owner
Occupied Rehabilitation Program will conduct a public hearing at 1:30
p.m. on May 13, 2005 at the SECED offices. The purpose of these hearings
are to allow citizens to review and comment on the performance of the
Down Payment Assistance Program, and to review and comment on the
performance of the Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program which are
financed with Federal Community Development Block Grant funds provided
by the State of Colorado.
Written comments are also welcome and must be
received by 1:00 p.m. on May 13, 2005 at the SECED offices; 112 West Elm
Street, Lamar, CO. 81052; Attention: Jan Anderson. Information and
records regarding the above described project are available at SECED,
Inc., during regular office hours. Advance notice is requested.
