Current Owner of Evidence of Debt Secured by the Deed of Trust: Centex Home Equity Company, LLC

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the owner of the evidence of debt, the original principal amount of which was Thirty Five Thousand Two Hundred and no/100ths dollars, and which is secured by the Deed of Trust described above, has filed written election and demand for sale as provided in said Deed of Trust. The outstanding principal balance due and owing upon the evidence of debt secured by the above-described Deed of Trust being foreclosed is $34,477.68 as of.

The real property being foreclosed is all of the property encumbered by said Deed of Trust and is situate in the County of Kiowa, State of Colorado, and is described as follows:

 

ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF KIOWA, STATE OF COLORADO, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS ALL OF LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 22, TOWN OF EADS. also known by street and number as: 1110 Slater, Eads, CO 81036

 

THE LIEN OF THE DEED OF TRUST BEING FORECLOSED MAY NOT BE A FIRST LIEN.

 

THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I will at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on the date of June 15, 2005, at 1305 Goff Street, Eads, Colorado, sell at public auction to the

highest and best bidder for cash, the real property described above, and all interest of said Grantor, the heirs, successors and assigns of said Grantor, for the purpose of paying the indebtedness provided in said evidence of debt and Deed of Trust, attorney's fees, and the expenses of sale, and will deliver to the purchaser a certificate of purchase, all as provided by law.
