Notice is hereby given that the Colorado Agricultural Development Authority (the "Authority") will conduct a public hearing concerning the approval of the issuance of a Colorado Agricultural Development Authority, Agricultural Development Revenue Bond (Beginning Farmer Program) Series 2005E in the principal amount of $101,600 (the "Bond"), for the purpose of financing the cost of 472 acres of farmland and improvements thereon (the "Project"), to be used in connection with an agricultural enterprise. The Project consists of two non contiguous parcels located: (i) on the east side of County Road 37, approximately 1-1/2 miles south of the intersection of County Road 37 and Highway 96; and, (ii) on the north side of County Road N, approximately 1 mile west of the intersection of County Road N and County Road 37 in Kiowa County, Colorado.

The Bond will constitute a special, limited obligation of the Authority payable solely from revenues derived by the Authority pursuant to a Financing Agreement, among the Authority, The First National Bank of Las Animas (the "Lender") and C. Roger Saffer and Loraine Ann Saffer (collectively, the "Borrower"), or collateral provided by a deed of trust and a security agreement between the Borrower and the Lender. The Borrower will be the initial owner and operator of the Project. All interested parties are invited to present comments at a public hearing regarding the issuance of the Bond and the Project being financed thereby. The public hearing will be held on April 8, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. at 700 Kipling Street, Suite 4000, Lakewood, Colorado.
