Persons Who Claim Any Interest in the Subject Matter of this Action
A petition has been filed alleging that the above
decedent(s) died leaving the following property:
The Southeast Quarter (SEĽ) of Section Thirty-four (34),
Township Eighteen (18) South, Range Forty-two (42) West of the 6th
Principal Meridian, Kiowa County, Colorado, and All other real property
and real property interests of the Decedent, if any, in the State of
Colorado.
This is an action to determine the persons who may be
entitled to an interest in the above property. The hearing on the
petition will be held at the following time and location or at a later
date to which the hearing may be continued:

If service upon you is by publication, you must answer
the petition within 30 days after the last publication of this notice.
Within the time required for answering the petition, all objections to
the petition must be in writing and filed with the Court and the filing
fee must be paid. The hearing shall be limited to the petition, the
objections timely filed and the parties answering the petition in a
timely manner.
