December 4, 8:05 p.m., 15th and Rittgers Streets, Eads. Karl Eugene Dotey, 28, of Eads was arrested for driving while restrained, excessive point, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Dotey was transported to Prowers County Jail in lieu of a $1,000 bond. (Submitted by Deputy LeFlore)
December 11, 9:46 p.m., 15th and Rittgers Streets, Eads. Elisa Adair Deverman, 18, of Eads was arrested on charges of driving a motor vehicle when license was restrained for an alcohol-related offense. Deverman was transported to Prowers County Jail in lieu of a $2,500 bond. (Submitted by Deputy LeFlore)
December 16, 10:01 p.m., Highway 287 at mile marker 105. Leisa K. Cunningham, 44, of American Fork, Utah, was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and driving with excessive alcohol content. Cunningham was transported to Prowers County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond. (Submitted by Deputy Filbeck)
December 18, 1:59 p.m., Highway 287 at mile marker 109. Steven Matthew Dacus, 24, of Aurora, was cited in to Kiowa County Courth for speeding 88 miles per hour in a posted 65 mph zone. (Submitted by Deputy Filbeck)
December 18, 3:30 p.m., Highway 287 at mile marker 111. Micah Joel Foster, 24, of Garden City, Kansas, was cited in to Kiowa County Court for speeding 79 miles per hour in a posted 55 mph zone. (Submitted by Deputy Filbeck)
December 18, 6:16 p.m. Highway 96 at mile marker 184. Jack Ray Rank, 51, of Conroe, Texas, was cited in to Kiowa County Court for disregarding signals of an authorized flag person in a highway work area. (Submitted by Deputy Filbeck)
