Kiowa County Press to Close for Inventory

The Kiowa County Press will close to the public Friday, December 24 at 5 p.m. and will reopen for business Monday, January 3 at 8 a.m. for the Christmas and New Year holidays, inventory work, and computer upgrades.

Remember if you have items for the December 24 issue of the Press, the deadlines for submission is Monday, December 20 at 4 p.m. for advertising and Tuesday, December 21 at 9 a.m. for articles, there will be no exceptions.

Our December 31 issue will be our year in review issue, where we will highlight happenings that occurred during 2004. The deadline for ads and articles will be Thursday, December 16 at 4 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS! We realize this will be an inconvenience, but in order to get inventory and computer repairs and upgrades done without much disturbance to our customers we have found closing the last week of the year works out best for all involved.

If you have an emergency, you may call the office at 719-438-5800 and leave a message, as we will be checking our voice mail during the week we are closed.
