Uhland and Peck Selected to All-Conference Teams

Congratulations to both Alysha Uhland and Brittany Peck of Eads High School for being selected to the All-Conference Volleyball teams. Alysha Uhland was selected to the All Conference Second Team for her outstanding abilities as a setter, while Brittany Peck was selected to the All-Conference Honorable Mention Team for her outstanding abilities as a defensive specialist. Only 18 girls from the district were selected to the teams. There are 8 teams in the district which include, Kit Carson, McClave, Cheraw, Karval, Plainview, Granada, Cheyenne Wells, and Eads.

Girls selected to these elite teams are nominated by coaches in the district and then voted on by the league. Alysha and Brittany will receive honors this coming May for their excellence in volleyball. Both are seniors at Eads High School and excel not only in volleyball but in academics and leadership as well. Congratulations to both girls!
