November 27, 1:10 p.m., Highway 287 at mile marker 106. Mario Angelo Mattorano, 30, of Trinidad was cited in to Kiowa County Court for speeding 89 miles per hour in a posted 65 mph zone. (submitted by Captain Ray)
November 27, 6:25 p.m., Highway 287 at mile marker 104. Alan Maguns Meye, 56, of Plano, Texas, was cited in to Kiowa County Court for speeding 85 miles per hour in a posted 65 mph zone. (submitted by Deputy LeFlore)
November 27, 7:25 p.m., Highway 287 at mile marker 119. Anthony Colon Rivera was issued a summons in to Kiowa County Court for speeding 95 miles per hour in a posted 65 mph zone and driving a motor vehicle when license under restraint (denied). (submitted by Deputy LeFlore)
November 28, 1:00 p.m. Haswell. Investigated a theft in Haswell of bales taken from a field. Arrangements were made between the victim and subject for the hay bales. No charges are expected to be filed. (submitted by Captain Ray)
November 28, 6:00 p.m., Highway 287 underpass in Eads. Esther Romelia Magallanes, 23, of Greeley was issued a citation in to Eads Municipal Court for exceeding safe speed for conditions following a one vehicle crash. (submitted by Captain Ray)
November 28, 6:00 p.m., Highway 287 underpass in Eads. A juvenile from Lakin, Kansas, was issued a citation in to Eads Municipal Court for exceeding safe speed for conditions following a one vehicle crash. (submitted by Captain Ray)
November 29, 11:23 a.m., Eads. A stolen vehicle was recovered in Eads. The vehicle was impounded. Arrangements are currently being made with the victim in New Hapshire for recovery of the vehicle. (submitted by Captain Ray)
