Brian James Awarded Scholarship

Brian James, a sophomore at Colorado
State University from Eads, has been awarded the Letha and Bruce Whitmore
Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $500 from the College of
Agricultural Sciences. James, son of Louis and Dawn James from Eads, is an
agricultural science and animal science major and graduated from Karval
High School in 2003. The award is for the 2004-2005 school year.
Colorado State ranked in the top
third of the 100 best public universities in terms of quality of education
and affordability by Kiplinger's Personal Finance Magazine. The Templeton
Foundation also has designated Colorado State as a "character building"
institution.
