Wild Horse Roundup

The weather Saturday almost makes a
person think that it’s November. We had a little snow, but it didn’t cover
the ground, but it got wet so I guess you would say it melted as soon as
it hit the ground. Sunday a little more snow.
We got a box of pecans from a friend
in Arkansas. It was a good sized box, but it helped that they were
cracked. I took the shells off today and Marty put them in jars and in the
freezer. When you consider the price of pecans and $7.50 postage that is a
nice gift.
We seen some fire trucks go by
headed west Wednesday and then before long a big water tank went by. I
have never heard where they were headed.
I got an e-mail letter mailed to me
today from Edna Lovell of Cheyenne Wells that her daughter sent. It was a
Ten Commandments Minnesota Style. The language was English, but it was
like a Scandinavian talking. Pretty cute. Edna wondered if there weren’t
any roads as I’m always talking about ferries in Norway. Yes, but a lot of
them lead to a ferry so you keep your little book of schedules with you.
