Kit Carson ClipsNovember 19, 2004 Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. 1 peter 4: 8 Tony, James and I went to Burlington Thursday evening to have supper with the Scott Whites and to help Chelsie celebrate her 11th birthday. Since Kit Carson didn’t have school Friday due to the volleyball tournament in Denver, James spent until Sunday visiting Tanner. Brady White brought James home Sunday on his way home to Wiley. Tyler White turned 16 years old on Friday and was planning to take his drivers test that day....Be-ware -- another teenager on the loose. It is good to hear Andrew Maxey is home and on the mend. Barbara Jolly, Malissa and Glaida Craven went to Flagler Sunday evening to hear Cynthia Otteman play in a music concert held at the Lutheran Church. Glaida said the music was beautiful. There was a freewill supper after the concert. Veterans Day Ronald and Shirley White went to Eads and took Shirley’s dad, Max Mays, out to dinner. Sunday Ronald and Shirley White, Mary Ann Young from Lamar, Annett White and Ty Stalford had dinner with the George Young family. Sunday Toby, Amy, Bradley, Haley, and Tess Johnson, and Polly Johnson had dinner with Scott and Jean Johnson and family to celebrate Charlie’s 13th birthday.

Tuesday evening Howard and Melody Mitchell, Daniel Ortega, Mary Ellen Davis and I went to Cheyenne Wells to hear The Florida Boys sing. They are very, very, good and we all enjoyed hearing them. Sorry our volleyball team didn’t win state, but they went to state and that is something to be proud of. Scott White came by Tuesday for a free dinner and to visit his mother. He was in the area shoeing horses. Polly Johnson went to Lamar this week and met Donna Eaton, Dawni Jo O'Bryan, Bionca, and Braxton at a restaurant for dinner and a visit. Donna and Polly do this now and then. Marie {McMillan} Selders, a resident of Cheyenne County in years past, celebrated her 100th birthday recently. Hello from your Cheyenne County friends Marie and congratulations on celebrating sooo many birthdays. If you want a little extra attention, ask your husband if you can borrow his six shooter for the night... Have a good day.
