Kiowa County Ambulance Service in Need of Volunteers

The Kiowa County Ambulance Service and Community are in great need for volunteers. If you are interested in becoming a driver or EMT for the Kiowa County Ambulance Service, now is the time.

Beginning January 3rd, 2005 an EMT-Basic class will be held in Eads. The class will be conducted under the Supervision of our training center at St. Mary Corwin in Pueblo and local instructors.

Being an EMT or Driver is a fulfilling and rewarding experience. We make the difference in our Community when it comes to healthcare. When a family needs our help they are grateful we are here. It would take hours to bring an Ambulance Service from another County or City. You could help make the difference concerning some ones life.

One-on-one training is available for our Drivers. Tuition for the EMT-Basic class is available at no cost to you, just your time and effort is all we need.

For more information you can contact Eunice Weber at (719) 438-5900 between 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday, or stop by the Ambulance Office in Eads, my door is always open.
