Weisbrod Auxiliary MeetsNovember 12, 2004 The Weisbrod Memorial County Hospital and Nursing Home Auxiliary met Tuesday, October 19, 2004 at Our Place. The following were present: Annie Cole, Vice President, Kim Richards, Secretary/Treasurer; Dora Pearcey, Betty Frazee, Margaret Frazee, Joyce Berry, Lola Igou, Philomene Liesen, Alice Well, Doris Lessenden, and guests Tonya Lane, Rhonda Kreuger. Meeting was called to order. September minutes were read and approved. Treasurer's report was given. Under Old Business: The rope clock that was ordered is now up in Room 2. This room is now complete on behalf of Roy Robertson Memorial. Also because of the stipulations on the bedspreads that we want to replace we decided to ask Harriett if she would look for them on our behalf. We are still having no luck on the 6 square vinyl table cloths for the residents. Rhonda said they need to be 36 by 36.

Under New Business: The Hospital Bazaar is November 20, 2004. We will ask Sis Howard if she wants to collect the donations from the businesses for our donation drawing. Doris will get the gift for our donation. Our table this year will again only sale popcorn balls. Margaret made a motion and seconded by Dora to adjourn meeting. Next meeting will be November 16 at Our Place.
