Prairie Queen 4-H Club MeetsOctober 29, 2004 At 2:15 p.m. Prairie Queen 4-H Club’s meeting was called to order by President Milly Spady. Roll call was "What you are going to be for Halloween." Members present were: Jennifer and Jayce Negley, Jace and Lakota Roberson, Tyler Salisbury, Remington Brandt, Jessica and Alicia James, Milly and Tara Spady. The American and 4-H Pledges were lead by Remington and Lakota. Minutes were read by Secretary Tara and approved as read. Treasurer’s report was ready by Koy Glover for the treasurer who was absent. Council report was given it was over, fair concession stand, new officers, friends of 4-H, national 4-H week, night owl at La Junta, outstanding 4-H youth nominees report form due date and interviews for October 18.

Old Business: trash pick-up scheduled for October 22 8 a.m.; T-shirt committee, no report 3 members absent. New Business: Educational trip, suggestions made, discussion tabled; Adopt-A-Military Christmas packages will be sent to all we send to for the holiday. Meeting adjourned at 2:44 p.m. Worked on club scrapbook, refreshments furnished by James host family. As for 4-H week October 3-9 Prairie Queen 4-H had a display at the Eads Post Office.
