Weisbrod Auxiliary Discusses 25^th Anniversary of the Bazaar

The Weisbrod Memorial County Hospital and Nursing Home Auxiliary met Tuesday, September 21, 2004 at Our Place.

The following were present; Barb Diel, President; Annie Cole, Vice President; Kim Richards, Secretary/Treasurer; Linda Trosper, Doris Lessenden, Betty Frazee, Alice Well, Sis Howard, Lola Igou, Jo Forester, Joyce Berry, Margaret Frazee, Sandy Kelley, Anna Randle, and guests Pam Batterton, Rhonda Krueger, Tonya Lane and Betty Holthus. Meeting was called to order. August minutes were read and approved. Treasurer's report was given.

Under Old Business: The valance and rod have been added to room 2» Rhonda will check with Dawn Rae on the clock, which is the last thing to complete this room on behalf of Roy Robertson Memorial.

Under New Business: Room 1 needs drapes as the old ones are in poor condition. Lola, Sandy & Alice will look into this; Linda is sending out letters on the Bazaar, which be held on November 20, at the Community Building; Linda also mentioned that this is the 25th year for the bazaar. She would like some ideas on how to celebrate this at the bazaar; Rhonda said they would like 6 linen table cloths for the resident’s tables. Lola will check into this.

Margaret made a motion and seconded by Betty to adjourn meeting. Next meeting will be October 19, at 12:00 at Our Place.
