Prairie Queen 4-H MeetsOctober 1, 2004 On September 19th, 2004 the Prairie Queen 4-H club had there meeting of the month at the Kiowa County Court House. The meeting was called to order by Madam President Milly Spady. Roll call was 'What did you enjoy about fair?' with Milly and Tara Spady, Jessica and Alicia James, Jennifer and Jayce Negley, Carrie, Jace, and Lakota Roberson, Cardon and Remington Brandt, Chevaun Glover, and Shalyn Laird answering. Next, the minutes were read by Tara and approved. Then, Chevaun gave us our treasures report. Old Business: Our trash pick up was on the 18th of September. With only eight members attending with the help of two adults; Shalyn, Milly, Carrie, Andrea Williams, Cardon, Remington, Cindy McCloud, and Areta Laird. Then, Chevaun gave us a report on Concession Stands.

New Business: We scheduled our next trash pick up for October 22, 2004 at 8:00 a.m. Then we discussed National Report Forms being due on October 18th, 2004 at noon with the interviews that evening. Then we worked on our scrap book and had snacks after the meeting was adjourned with Glovers being the hosts. James will be the hosts for next months meeting.
