Lisa Chavez Named "Employee of the Quarter" At SEMHSAugust 27, 2004 Lisa Chavez was recently named employee of the quarter at Southeast Mental Health Services for the fourth quarter of the 2003-2004 fiscal year. Lisa was surprised with the award at an all staff meeting, where she received a certificate of appreciation, a lapel pin, a $ 100 bill, and several personalized gifts. Answering the phone, coordinating intakes, and supervising front desk staff in the La Junta and Lamar offices are a few of the duties Lisa has as Admissions Coordinator. She was nominated by fellow employees for her contribution to the smooth flow of details the admissions process takes, and her professional and courteous manner in her dealings with staff and clients.

Lisa currently resides in Manzanola with her husband, Danny, and daughters, Alyssa and Jada. Her interests include fishing, hunting, and being at home with her family. Southeast Mental Health Services serves of all of southeastern Colorado, providing comprehensive mental health services in coordination with other medical and social service providers.
