Quitting Snuff?

Are you trying to quit using smokeless tobacco and finding it difficult? The first step to a successful quit attempt is to assess your addiction.

If you use chew daily, use a high-nicotine brand such as Copenhagen, have friends who use chew, or have used smokeless tobacco for years, then chew or snuff is a big part of your life.
