Here’s your opportunity to
see outstanding Kiowa County youth in action! The 4-H Fashion Revue, Food
Auction and Awards Program will be held August 2 at 7 p.m. at the
Community Building at the fairgrounds in Eads. The evening will start with
24 4-H members modeling garments they made in their Clothing, Decorate
Your Duds, or Crocheting project. Two Cloverbud members (age 5-7) will
model garments they decorated.
The Food Auction will follow the
models. 4-H members will be selling their Foods or Cake Decorating
exhibit. This is your chance to get award winning foods, and support the
hard work of these youth. Rob Morlan has volunteered to auction the foods.
An Awards Program will end the
evening. Grand and Reserve Champions in the general and consumer sciences
projects will be announced, along with the Fashion Revue Grand and Reserve
Champions.
