GateWay Singers to Appear at First Christian ChurchJuly 23, 2004 The GateWay Singers 35th Anniversary Tour – Lifting Up Christ will be appearing at the First Christian Church, 100 East 7th street in Eads on Thursday, July 29 at 7 p.m. Come enjoy heart-felt praise with a "family touch." Plan to come and bring a friend. A love-offering will be received. The GateWay Singers from Centerville, Iowa have been in Gospel Music for over 35 years. They have appeared in 46 states (including Alaska and Hawaii), Mexico, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands. Their musical presentations are family oriented - both traditional and contemporary. Their 20 recordings will be available in cd's or cassettes.

Expect something for all ages, i.e., plenty of good music, humor, testimonies - making for an uplifting spiritual experience for the entire family. Each couple has three children. All six "Little Gateways" are married and each of them are involved in their own ministries, jobs, and local churches. Occasionally some of them will travel and sing with the Gateways as their schedules allow.
