Weisbrod Auxiliary Notes
July 16, 2004
The Weisbrod Memorial County Hospital and Nursing Home Auxiliary met Tuesday, June 15 at Our Place.
The following were present: Barb Diel, President, Annie Cole, Vice President, Kim Richards, Secretary/Treasurer, Sis Howard, Philomene Lieson, Dora Pearcey, Margaret Frazee, Betty Frazee, Anna Randle and guests Pam Batterton, Tonya Lane and Angelia Howard.
Meeting was called to order. May minutes were read and approved.
Old Business: Room 2 is close to being finished. The painting is completed and the pictures are up. We still are looking for border to match the theme and we are also looking for blinds for the windows. Dora made a motion and 2nd by Annie to purchase a rope clock from Dawn Rae Watts to add to the room; Motion carried.
The lamp shades have been found and added to the resource room. We purchased caps for the men residents for fathers day and Joyce Berry's grandkids will be the entertainment for this occasion.
Sis ordered a bedspread and hopefully it will be here for the next meeting for us to give our opinion on.
Dora made a motion and 2nd by Annie to adjourn. Next meeting will be July 20, at noon at Our Place Restaurant.
