Sheridan Lake Livewires Travel to Lamar Community CollegeJuly 16, 2004 On July 6, 2004, the Sheridan Lake Livewires traveled to BJ’s in Lamar for dinner. The following members and parents met there: Cassie, Shelby, and Kim Harris, Debbie Harris, Megan Linder, Lauren and Natalya Weber, Katie and Diane Sanders, Madison, Samantha, Brittany, Jonathan and Donna Splitter, and Vincent, Ryan, Gail, Marvin Koeller. We then traveled to Lamar Community College and went to the cosmetology department to learn about manicures, haircuts, and modeling. The following members attended: Cassie and Shelby Harris, Megan Linder, Lauren and Natalya Weber, Katie Sanders, Samantha and Brittany Splitter, and Ryan and Vincent Koeller. LCC cosmetology instructor, Tammy Dorenkamp, demonstrated and instructed the proper way to model. She also gave us valuable grooming tips. The cosmetology students did the manicures for the girls and braided/curled their hair and gave the boys haircuts. We all had an enjoyable time and learned a lot!
