Eads Chamber Acquires Trailer for Events
By Dennis Pearson
July 2, 2004
The Eads Chamber of Commerce has
acquired a 16-foot long trailer to house the equipment required for the
annual county fair breakfasts and other functions at which the Chamber
provides breakfasts or participates. The trailer will replace a homemade
trailer that has been in use for many years.
The Chamber is offering local
businesses the opportunity to assist in this project by placing
advertisements on the sides of the trailer. Company names will be hand
painted on each side of the trailer and the cost is divided into a
three-tiered method. All prices include the cost of hand painting the
company name onto the trailer.
The Chamber is also seeking
donations toward the project. Anyone who does not wish to have a name
painted onto the trailer may make donations to the Chamber designated
specifically for the trailer. For more information about this project call
Dennis Pearson at (719) 438-2207 or Marilyn Baxter at (719) 438-5629.
Information may also be obtained by stopping into Michael’s Service Center
or Eads Auto Supply.
