Prayer Across The Plains

Come join us as we gather at the courthouse lawn in Eads on Tuesday, June 1, 2004, from 12 noon till 1:00 pm for a time of prayer for our communities and county. We have asked a few elected and civic leaders to pray for the particular area in which they work and serve to pray for blessings over the communities within Kiowa County. This is a free of charge event and everyone is welcome to attend.

At the same time that we will be meeting other meetings of the same nature will be taking place in 8 other counties in southeastern Colorado, Baca, Bent, Cheyenne, Crowley, Prowers, Kit Carson, Lincoln and Otero. In Jeremiah 29:7 we read, "Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city, (county, state and nation) to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the LORD for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper." We look forward to seeing you there.
