The Kiowa County Economic Development Foundation, with a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, will be sponsoring "YOUR TOWN: The Citizens’ Institute on Rural Design", June 3rd thru 5th, 2004. Workshop activities will cover issues related to sustainable development, land conservation, and historic preservation. One of the highlights of the workshop will be a presentation by inspiring, thought provoking, and leading land use authority, Edward McMahon. This presentation is open to the public, at no charge, Thursday, June 3, 2004 at 5:30 p.m. on the Kiowa County Fair Grounds in Eads, Colorado, appetizers will be served.
