Obituary - James Reinert 62

James E. "Jim" Reinert of rural Holly was born November 26, 1941 to Edwin and Edna Reinert and passed away Thursday, May 13, 2004 at Parkview Hospital in Pueblo following a recent illness, at the age of 62.

Funeral services for Jim were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 17 at Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel in Holly where the Rev. Ralph Plummer officiated. Burial followed at the Holly Cemetery with graveside fraternal rites by the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Lamar Lodge #1319.

Jim is survived by his wife Phyllis Reinert of their home north of Holly; by two sisters – Wanda (Ken) Giskie and Karen Grim, both of Garden City, Kansas; by his father-in-law and mother-in-law – James and Opal Murray of Lamar; by several nieces, nephews, cousins, by his sister-in-law and brother-in-law – Shirley and Larry Marriott of Lamar and by other relatives and many, many friends.

Reinert was preceded in death by hjis father Edwin L. Reinert on August 23, 1972 and by his mother Edna J. Reinert on February 20, 2001; by one nephew Erwin Giskie of Lakin, Kansas on March 18, 1991.
