Diane Anderson Named "Employee of the Quarter" at SEMHS

Southeast Colorado native, Diane Anderson, was recently named the "Employee of the Quarter" at Southeast Mental Health Services for the 3rd quarter of fiscal year 2003-04. Diane is one of three mental health professionals on a dedicated emergency team that assists individuals and professionals during mental health crises around the six-county region served by Southeast.

Diane's peers look to her as a resource in many ways, and she recently received an outstanding evaluation from all three of Southeast's program directors. She is respected in the community, and is highly effective in collaborating with other agencies to establish positive outcomes in difficult situations. Diane is always smiling, and her enthusiasm becomes infectious.

She represents Southeast Mental Health Services in an exemplary fashion in the community as the statewide President of the Colorado Federation of the Business and Professional Women.

Diane was surprised with the award at an all staff meeting, where she received a certificate of appreciation, a lapel pin, a $100 bill, and several personalized gifts related to her former work as an EMT, and the grandchildren who are the lights of her life.
