KCSO Officers

April 20, 10:20 p.m., 40 4^th Street, Haswell. A search warrant was executed in Haswell with members of the Colorado State Veterinarian’s office, Department of Agriculture and Dumb Friends League. Roger E. Stoker, 53, of Haswell was later charged for 21 counts of cruelty to animals and possession of drug paraphernalia. A total of 23 animals were taken in to custody. Stoker was also arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant from Otero County. Stoker was later transported to Otero County Jail. (Submitted by Captain Ray)
