Childcare Center Names DirectorApril 23, 2004 Hallie Fowler, a 1995 Eads High School graduate, has been named as Director of the new childcare center located in the Bransgrove Building at 1309 Maine St in Eads. Mrs. Fowler holds certification as a licensed director from the State of Colorado, a key component in obtaining licensing credentials from the state for the center. Mrs. Fowler currently resides in Lamar but will be moving to Kiowa County along with her husband and two children. The center will have a capacity of 15 children present at any one time between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. The center is currently accepting applications for enrollment. The tentative opening date for the center is May 20, 2004 pending final approval and licensure by the state.

The interior portion of the childcare center is completed while work continues on the outside of the building and the playground area. An open house will be held during May, however the public may stop by the location of the center at any time to visit. To reach the center please call 719-438-5840.
