2004 White Wheat

Producers who have planted certified, registered or foundation Hard White Wheat for 2004 harvest may report those acres and sign up for the Planting Incentive Program. The incentive payment is $2.00 per acre. Evidence must be provided showing the seed is from acceptable seedstock according to a State Certified Seed Board. We are not able to make payments at this time but they will be made just as soon as applications are approved by the County Committee and computer software is received. An incentive payment of $.20 per bushel (not to exceed 60 bushel per acre) will also be paid on Hard White Wheat production after a settlement sheet is provided showing the grain was sold to an approved white wheat warehouse.
