Watts Chosen for All-State Basketball GamesMarch 19, 2004 Jessica Watts has been chosen to participate in the Colorado Coaches of Girls' Sports (CCGS) All-State Basketball Games. The games will take place on Sunday, March 21st at Broomfield HS in Broomfield. The first game starts at 10:00 a.m. and will represent athletes from the 1 A division; 2A division at 1:00 p.m.; 3A action starts at 12:00 p.m. The 4A game starts at 1:00 p.m. The 5A game starts at 3:00. CCGS began sponsoring an All-State Basketball Game in 1978 to provide girls a showcase for talent. Each senior athlete is nominated by coaches in her league; while coaches representing all the leagues make the final selection of 80. Players are chosen based on talent, dedication, team play and leadership.
