Weisbrod Hospital Auxiliary Meets

The Weisbrod Memorial County Hospital and Nursing Home Auxiliary met Tuesday, February 17, 2004 at Our Place Restaurant.

The following were present: Barb Diel, President, Annie Cole, Vice President, Kim Richards, Secretary/Treasurer, Dora Pearcey, Linda Trosper, Sandi Kelley, Joyce Berry, Sis Howard, Margaret Frazee, and guests Jennifer Crow, Tonya Lane, Doris Lessenden, Rhonda Kreuger, Delia Brice, Margaret Mays and Rosamond Pollreis.

Meeting was called to order by Barb. December minutes were read and approved. In the treasurer's report we have $65.41 in the checking account and 2,677.96 in the savings account.

Under Old Business: Room 2 of the nursing home will be redone in Western Style on behalf of Roy Robert son Memorial Donations. On the committee will be Sandi, Sis, and Jennifer. Margaret made a motion and seconded by Sandi to leave 2004 officers as is. Motion carried.

Under New Business: Margaret made a motion and 2nd by Sandy to purchase a curtain for the tub room. Motion carried. Rhonda and Tonya will be in charge of finding this; Dora made and motion and 2nd by Margaret to purchase 10 more eraser boards and a bottle of cleaning spray for the residents. Motion carried. The residents need shampoo and will talk to Tracy about this.

We have received memorial money on behalf of Aletha Holcomb.

Linda presented each member a treat from her and Suzanne Williams as an appreciation from both of them for all our help each year at the Hospital Bazaar.

Our next meeting will be March 16, 2004 at Our Place Restaurant at 12:00 noon.

Linda made a motion and seconded by Annie to adjourn meeting. Motion carried.
