Korrell in Training for Navy Seals

E3 Seaman Caleb Korrell graduated from Cheyenne Wells High School in 2002 and joined the Navy June 2, 2003.

Seaman Korrell graduated from basic training, August 9, 2003. After basic he went to Information Technology School (ITS) studying in the field of Computer Radio in Chicago and graduated last November 24,2003.

On January 2. 2004 he was stationed in San Diego at Coronado Naval Base. This base is a Navy Special Warfare Training Center.

Currently Seaman Korrell is training to become a Navy Seal. He had to pass a special physical test February 9, 2004 to be accepted into training to become a Seal. The Seals are the most elite combat team in the world. Less than fifty percent of those that begin training to become a Navy Seal complete the training.

F3 Seaman Korrell is the son of Mike and Char Korrell of Cheyenne Wells. He is the grandson of Rita and Clarence Holthus of Cheyenne Wells and Charlotte and Bill Woelk of Eads. He has a sister, Carli, of the home.
