February 21, 12:05 p.m., 15^th and Wansted Streets, Eads. John Mm. Faus, 42, was arrested on charges of being a persistent drunk driver, driving a motor vehicle when license is under restraint/revoked, possession of one ounce or less of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Faus was transported to Prowers County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond. (Submitted by Captain Ray)

February 22, 5:35 p.m., 12^th and Wansted Streets, Eads. Jennifer R. Jackson, 36, was observed speeding 105 miles per hour in a posted 65 mph zone north of Eads. Jackson was arrested for speeding 40 or more over the posted limit, reckless driving, driving under the influence, and driving with excessive alcohol content. Jackson was being held at the Prowers County Jail in lieu of a $1,000 bond. (Submitted by Captain Ray)
