January 22, 1:50 p.m. Paul Mathew Patton, 25, of Westminster was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. Patton posted a $1,000 bond. (Submitted by Captain Ray)
January 23, 6:00 p.m. Eads Elementary School. Responded to a complaint of an altercation involving three juveniles at the school. Upon further investigation, the incident shall be submitted to the District Attorney’s Office for charges to be filed. (Submitted by Captain Ray)
