East End EventsJanuary 16, 2004 Game night will be this Saturday the 17th at 7 PM at the Towner Hall. Mary Louise Huddleston is happy to report that Rick is doing much better. He is making great progress and after his last evaluation Monday, has been moved to an "apartment" under the hospital's care. Mary Louise, Sharon Scott, and Mike Huddleston spent the day with Rick Monday in Denver. Gary Tuttle and Bernice Tuttle traveled to Denver Friday to be with Larry and Judy Tuttle as Judy underwent knee surgery. They spent Friday night in Ft. Collins with Chad and Trista Tuttle. Saturday, they visited again with Larry and Judy Tuttle and attended the stock show. Ron and Ruth Buller recently returned from Oklahoma where they had a nice time with family. Saturday evening, Linly and Sherell Stum took Felix Henke, Brian Ngai, Kami and Kirbi Stum, and Henni Wicke to Lamar to watch the Harlem Ambassadors play basketball. They had dinner and ice cream as well.

The Plainview senior class is hosting their second annual Community Knowledge Bowl Meet February 13 at 7 PM. We had so much fun last year and hope that many teams sign up. The registration fee is $20.00 and there is a five member limit-no exceptions. Five members means four active players and one alternate. There will be a dinner from 5-6:30.
