Weisbrod Hospital and Nursing Home Auxiliary MinutesNovember 28, 2003 The Weisbrod Memorial County Hospital and Nursing Home Auxiliary met Tuesday, November 18, 2003 at Our Place Restaurant. The following were present: Barb Diel, President; Annie Cole, Vice President; Kim Richards Secretary/Treasurer; Dora Pearcey, Sis Howard, Margaret Frazee, Alice Well, Linda Trosper and guests Anna Randle, Rhonda Krueger, and Jim Murphy, Hospital Administrator. Meeting was called to order by Barb. October minutes were read. A change was made to read from "$50.00 for the King & Queen candidates to $50.00 each to the King & Queen candidates". In the treasures report we have $27.04 in checking account and $1,519.34 in the savings account. Under Old Business: Linda said the Bazaar set for Saturday, November 22 is full with 38 tables reserved. She also has advertised in a large area. Our Auxiliary table will only sell donation tickets and popcorn balls; Rhonda has purchased 6 lace plastice table cloths for $31.47. She still would like to find six 54 x 54 plastic table cloths.

New Business; Alice made a motion and 2nd by Margaret to purchase 2 books of stamps for the residents to send Christmas cards. Motion carried. Bingo with the residents will be moved to January. We will confirm this date at the December meeting. We also will discuss at the February meeting on doing some changes to Room 2 in the nursing home. Members are asked to go through the room and think of some ideas. Also election of officers will be in February. Our next meeting has been changed to December 9 (one week earlier) at Our Place Restaurant starting at 12:00 noon. Alice made a motion and 2nd by Dora to adjourn the meeting.
