Santa to Arrive in Eads December 2November 28, 2003 The Eads Chamber of Commerce and the Eads Volunteer Fire Department will co-host the annual chili supper for residents on Tuesday, December 2nd at the Eads Fire Station. The event marks the first arrival of Santa Claus to Kiowa County and kicks off the holiday season. Admission is free. During the supper, the Eads Chamber of Commerce will also present the awards for Volunteer of the Year and Citizen of the Year. The winners of these awards are selected from nominations received by the Chamber of Commerce. The next regular meeting of the Eads Chamber of Commerce will be held Wednesday December 3rd beginning at noon at Our Place Restaurant.
