88 4-H Members Enjoy Night Owl

Eighty-eight 4-H members enjoyed a night of fun at the District VI 4-H Night Owl held in Lamar recently. There they enjoyed skating, gym time, a dance and meeting 4-H members from across the district. Pizza and pop kept the members going all night.
During the evening, there was a Senate meeting where members planned district events for the next year. District officers Susan Kasza, Josh Wittler, Terrie Perue, Randy McEndree, Daniel Kasza, Andy Hartless, Amanda McEndree, Milly Spady and Sam States planned and conducted the evening. Members from Baca, Bent, Cheyenne, Otero, Kiowa and Prowers attended. The next district event will be an officer training and swim party in La Junta on February 8.
