November 3, 9:00 p.m. Two juveniles were contacted for underage drinking. Both were later released to their parents. The incident is under further investigation. (Submitted by Captain Ray)
November 15, 12:00 a.m. 1000 Goff Street, Eads. Upon receiving a report of a violation of a restraining order which occurred at 1000 Goff Street in Eads, Deputy Sanger obtained an affidavit for arrest from County Court. November 18, at 8:39 a.m., Captain Ray arrested Hank Glenn Coen, 26, of Eads at his residence for violation of a restraining order. Coen was transported to Prowers County Jail in lieu of a $1,000 bond. (Submitted by Deputy Sanger)
November 15, 9:20 a.m., 100 block of west 14th Street. Three juveniles were contacted for underage drinking and later released to their parents. Charges are being sought for the person responsible for procuring alcohol for a minor. (Submitted by Undersheriff Richardson)
