Baby Bear Hugs Plans Membership Drive

With the New Year approaching Baby Bear Hugs will be holding its annual membership drive. Many people may not realize how easy it is to be a part of this great program.

In years past we have sent out letters requesting a thirty-five dollar donation in return you would be a supportive member of our organization. However, in other counties fan events are planned to kick off this drive and so we too are planning a fan event.

On Dec 31st, 2003 Baby Bear Hugs will host a Semi-formal Cowboy Ball. The ball will be held at the Eads Community Center. For becoming a supportive member of Baby Bear Hugs you and your family will enjoy a night of food and fan.

Starting at 7:00 p.m. a buffet style dinner will be served for the adults with pizza being served for the kids. Baby sitters will help entertain the kids with, movies, games, crafts, and more. For the adults there will be a presentation given, and then a night of dancing. Together we will bring in the New Year and celebrate a great program in our community.

Advance tickets may be purchased from any of the advisory committee members or the county coordinator. Advanced tickets will also be for sale at the Hospital Bazaar. These tickets will be $25.00 for an individual, $35.00 for a family, and $100.00 for businesses. Advisory members are Jennifer Crow, Kaye Kasza, Bruce Fickensher, Judy Beeson, Donna Splitter, Janelle Randell, and Jody Stolzenberger.
