The Plainview senior class and their
sponsors are selling Butter Braid Bread until November 17. Each 22 oz loaf
costs $9.00, $4.00 of which will be given to the seniors. There are five
different delicious flavors: cherry, apple, maple walnut, creme cheese,
and cinnamon. If you are interested in purchasing some bread to help the
seniors, please call Tom Pape, Susan Greenfield, Kami Stum, Jamie Crowell,
Henriette Wicke, Felix Henke, or Brian Ngai.
The Plainview freshman and sophomore
classes will be having a dinner November 21 from 5 to 7 p,m. Directly
following the dinner, the junior and senior classes will be performing the
two-act play entitled "Fools" by Neil Simon. All are welcome and invited
to attend.
Game night will be November 15 at
the Towner Hall at 7 p.m.
Cheri Hopkins went to Denver this
weekend to see her dad, Bob and Lu Schlabaugh as well as her brother Terry
and Joanna Schlabaugh of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Jen Poore and Evan Hopkins traveled
to Woodston, Kansas, to go pheasant hunting and to visit Jen's parents
Larry and B.J. Poore.
Floyd and Wynona Barnes enjoyed
dinner with Donald and Darla Butler Saturday evening.

On Thursday, Floyd and Wynona
traveled to Goodland, Kansas, to visit their son David and his family.
Mary Louise Huddleston and her
daughter Jerene DeBono went to visit Rick Huddleston in the hospital this
weekend in Denver.
Larry and Judy Tuttle and Bernice
Tuttle ate lunch at Rancher's Restaurant in Lamar on Wednesday.
Lori Shalberg visited Clovis and
Lorene Uptergrove Saturday night. They were very happy to spend time with
her.
Brady Butler was home from Clarendon
College in Texas this weekend to see his parents Dale and Gayla Butler.
