Weisbrod Auxiliary MeetsOctober 31, 2003 The Weisbrod Memorial County Hospital and Nursing Home Auxiliary met Tuesday, October 21, 2003 at Our Place Restaurant. The following were present; Barb Diel, President; Annie Cole, Vice President; Kim Richards. Secretary/Treasurer; Dora Pearcey, Sis Howard, Margaret Frazee, and guests Tonya Lane, Lois McCracken, Vivian Gifford and Anna Randle. Meeting was called to order by Barb. September minutes were read and approved. The Treasurer’s report was given as follows: $73.54 in the checking account and $1,519.34 in the savings account. ° A thank you note was read from Della Brice in appreciation of the gift received from the auxiliary for her trip to The Denver Zoo. The Hospital Bazaar will be November 22, at the community building. We are close to the limit on tables. For the auxiliary table we will be having the gifts that were donated. Sis volunteered to collect the donations.

Dora made a motion and seconded by Margaret to raise the limit for the Arkansas Valley Royalty to $50.00 for the king & queen. Motion carried. The annual Thanksgiving dinner for the residents, their family and friends will be November 16, 2003. RSVP to Rhonda. We will discuss the December meeting to be held at nursing home and maybe playing bingo at next meeting. Margaret made a motion and seconded by Dora to adjourn the meeting. Next meeting will be November 18, at noon at Our Place Restaurant.
