Scholastic Book Fair to Start Next WeekOctober 24, 2003 Scholastic Book Fair will be in the multi-purpose room at the High School on October 29 through November 11. Times will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and during any night events. There is a special invitation for all parents during the Parent Teacher conferences on October 30-31 (all day long) to come visit. Information on the Scholastic Reading Counts program as well as hundreds of great holiday gifts will be available. All proceeds are put back into the school library program in the way of new books, teacher development materials, and new SRC tests for our students. Volunteers are still needed. If you would like to volunteer some time at the book fair please call Betsy Barnett at the school at 719-438-2214. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with our youth and support literacy for our community!
