I would like to offer my condolences
to all of Muriel Anderson's family members and friends. She was a very
sweet lady; she made me a ceramic piggy bank when I was born! From what
I've heard and what I know, Muriel led a full life. Most of the community
attended Muriel's funeral at the Towner United Methodist Church Saturday.
Bernice Tuttle has been to Tribune
to visit Larry Tuttle in the hospital a few times. Sunday, Bernice and
Hazel Woelk had lunch in Tribune after church. They visited Larry as well
as Hazel's sister-in-law Jenny Woelk.
Susan Greenfield and Cora Coffman
went to Cheyenne Wells Friday for dinner with Jeff and Shiela Brase and
grandson Wesley. After dinner, they all attended the football game to see
Cora's granddaughter Kelly Kern perform at halftime.
Misty Stum is home from college for
a visit. She has enjoyed seeing her family. Saturday evening, Lane, Tammy,
and Misty; Monte, Linda, Kami, and Kirbi; Jay, Tara, and Savannah Stum;
Felix Henke; Brian Ngai; John Andrews; and Henriette Wicke helped Savannah
celebrate her second birthday at Linly and Sherell Stum's home. They
enjoyed dinner; visiting, cake and ice cream, and watching Savannah open
her gifts.

"All men are tempted. There is no
man that lives that can't be broken down, provided it is the right
temptation, put in the right spot,"-Henry Ward Beecher, Proverbs From
