October 9, 10:00 p.m., 13^th and Maine Streets, Eads. Eric D. Garver, 32, of Eads, was cited in to Eads Municipal Court for disturbance (loud mufflers).

October 10, 10:45 p.m., 7^th and Wansted Streets, Eads. Ramon M. Martinex, 31, of Syracuse, Kansas, was cited in to Eads Municipal Court for speeding 64 miles per hour in a posted 40 mph zone. (Submitted by Captain Ray)

October 10, 11:26 p.m., 9^th and Luther Streets, Eads. Derek S. Nelson, 22, of Cushing, Oklahoma, was arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving a motor vehicle with excessive alcohol content. Nelson was being held on a $1,000 bond. (Submitted by Deputy LeFlore)

October 13, 12:45 p.m., 15^th and Maine Streets, Eads. Feliciana Villalpando, 65, of Denver, was cited in to Eads Municipal Court for speeding 49 miles per hour in a posted 30 mph zone. (Submitted by Captain Ray)
