September 10, 4:50 p.m., 308 W. 14^th Street, Eads. Shoni S. Spencer, 40, was cited in to Eads Municipal Court for city ordinance violations (dog running at large and no tags). (Submitted by Undersheriff Richardson)

September 12, 6:50 p.m. Stanislaw Chwaja, 49, of Coquitlam, British Columbia, was issued a citation in to Eads Municipal Court for speeding five to nine miles per hour over the limit in a posted 40 mph zone. (Submitted by Undersheriff Richardson)

September 14, 5:47 p.m., 9^th and Wansted Streets, Eads. Michael Wayne Hernandez, 23, of Lamar, was issued a citation in to Eads Municipal Court for failure to yield the right of way upon making a right turn at a stop sign. (Submitted by Captain Ray)
