August 23, 3:00 a.m., 1001 Maine Street and 1306 Maine Street, Eads. Charges are to be filed upon two juveniles in to District Court with the District Attorney’s Office. Two counts of criminal mischief will be filed after concluding an investigation which revealed a mailbox and a van were vandalized with a baseball bat. Both charges are misdemeanors. September 9, 6:40 a.m., 14^th and Wansted Streets at the highway underpass in Eads. Responded to a one vehicle rollover crash at the underpass. Jimmy Lace Seale, 62, of Tehuacana, Texas, was transported to Weisbrod Memorial Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries and released. Seale was then arrested on a Baca County arrest warrant for failure to appear. Seale was also cited in to Kiowa County Court for careless driving and failure to comply with DPS rules and regulations, to wit: log book violation and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
