Kiowa County Sheriff’s Report
September 5, 2003
August 31, 12:20 a.m., Highway 287 at mile marker 116. Upon contacting a vehicle north of Eads, and upon further investigation, four male juveniles from Eads were summonsed in to Eads Municipal Court for disorderly conduct after recovering 12 construction cones taken from a backhoe near the Eads Assembly of God Church. Alcohol is suspected as a contributing factor to the incident. (Submitted by Captain Ray and Deputy LeFlore)
